Mission Statement :

We are an official chapter of Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc.
Our group is comprised of mothers who have or have had sons
or daughters who proudly and selflessly serve our country
and protect our freedoms.

We have joined together to encourage and support each other,
our active military and our veterans through various activities
and projects.  We share our concerns, our pride and our devotion,
and strive to promote patriotism.  Associate members made up of
fathers, spouses, other family members and friends help
contribute to our goals.

We proudly display the Blue Star Flag, whose history dates back
to World War I, in our window when we have a loved one serving
in any branch of the Armed Forces of the United States during
times of conflict and war.

Listed below are the services which the Blue Star Moms felt would be
meaningful to our military, along with some guidelines.  The Moms may
choose one of the services below every six months if they like.  The
family will receive one free DVD for the service requested below.

1) Photo Montage - photos of recent missed family events - up to 35 
     photos with music and titles

2) Conversion of recorded tapes/videos of missed family events - not to
     exceed one hour - minimal editing

3) Interview - "Message from the Heart" - videographer will interview family
    member(s) and create message not to exceed 15 minutes in length

Family will be defined as :
    Parental figure(s)
    Grandparent(s)
    Sibling(s)
    Aunt(s) / Uncle(s)
    Fiance / Fiancee
